Amelie Silk Velvet Long Coat Noir

This coat is so comfy and luxuriously soft. The toffee coloured lining is the perfect contrast. I would have ordered small, but it was out of stock and I couldn’t wait any longer! I read reviews and chatted with Kym regarding sizing and bought an XS. It fits great. I’m usually size 8/10. I’d give this beautiful coat a rating of 12 out of 10. BUT if it had pockets it would be 20 out of 10. 😍

Soft and elegant!

It's exactly as described and looks and feels fabulous!

The Amelie silk velvet coat is very beautiful. The fabric is soft and luscious, with a lovely subtle sheen, just to amp up the glamour. Even the lining is special.

It feels like a very high quality piece.

I was uncertain which size to order (I am usually a size 8) and, after contacting Kim ( who was very helpful) I decided on a size small, so I could layer underneath if I needed to and because I wanted the look to be a little relaxed but not swamp my small frame.

The small was too big, even taking the above into consideration, so I have returned it and exchanged for an XS ( which has not yet arrived due to Easter holiday delays).

When I needed to arrange the exchange, Kim was there to help again and was also kind enough to put the XS aside for me, so I didn’t miss out. Prompt and friendly service. Thank you so much, Kim.

I am very happy to recommend foundling and the Amelie coat.
