Thick woollen oversized shawl or throw, embroidered in the kutch region of India. Featuring geometric patterns and mandalas with embroidered bootis (mirrors) and tufted pom poms. Mustard with embroidery in black, green and saffron red. We love the reference to plaid. Measures approx 207cm by 97cm. This is a robust warm rustic woollen weave, it is not fine or lightweight. These pieces feature inconsistencies and imperfections typical with hand made textiles. As such, these should not be considered faults. Also makes a beautiful throw. Fair Trade.
